Our Student Massage Therapist is accepting bookings- ideal for those without insurance and looking for quality care. 60 minutes for $52.50 (GST included).

Due to a high number of no-shows, we now require a valid credit card on file to book and hold your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed or held unless this information is provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that all cancellations or changes to appointments must be made within a minimum of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service fee + GST. The client will be solely responsible for the no-show/cancellation fee (not the insurance provider). Cancellations of appointments within 24 hours due to the clinic’s inability to process a direct billing request will be considered in violation of our cancellation policy and a fee equal to 50% of the service fee + GST will apply.

Direct Billing We Direct Bill to most insurance companies.

Direct billing for Manual Osteopathy is not available for osteopathic treatments. Payment is required at the time of your appointment, and receipts can be submitted for reimbursement if your insurance plan includes osteopathy coverage; however, some insurance providers do not reimburse for osteopathic services, so we recommend confirming coverage with your provider in advance.

Couples Massage: To confirm your couples massage, we kindly request a credit card on file within 24 hours of booking. Without this, the appointment may be canceled to ensure availability for others. Thank you for your understanding.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathy is a form of hands on therapy with a primary focus of restoring function and eliminating pain by addressing the root cause of the pain, imbalance, injury or illness.
Please note that direct billing is not available for osteopathic treatments at this time. Payment is required at the time of your appointment, and a detailed receipt will be provided for insurance submission.
Insurance coverage for osteopathy varies by provider and plan. Some insurance companies do not reimburse for osteopathic services, so we strongly recommend checking your coverage directly with your insurance provider before booking your appointment.
